The motto “Knowledge, Love, Service” expresses the foundational spirit of Fransalian Vidya Niketan and its commitment to holistic education rooted in human dignity and Gospel values.

Established in 1982 in Khamgaon under the inspiration and guidance of Rev. Fr. P. V. Joseph, the institution was founded with the vision of providing value-based education that forms intellectually capable, morally responsible, spiritually grounded, and socially conscious individuals.
