Admission Process

  • Obtain the Prospectus: Visit the school office to collect the prospectus on any working day between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, starting from the admission announcement date. You can pick it up in person or send someone on your behalf.
  • Register Your Child: Complete the forms provided in the prospectus and submit them with the required documents to register.

Age Requirements for Admission

  • Nursery: Child must be 3 years old by April 1 of the admission year.
  • LKG: Child must be 3 years and 7 months old by April 1 of the admission year.
  • UKG: Child must be 4 years and 7 months old by April 1 of the admission year.
  • Class I: Child must be 5½ years old by September 30 of the admission year.The academic year begins on April 1.

Withdrawal Policy

  • Notice Period: Provide one month’s notice (excluding holidays) before withdrawing your child, or one month’s fee will be charged.
  • Fees for Absence: If a child’s name remains on the register for the next month due to lack of notice, fees for that month must be paid, even if the child is absent.
  • Clearing Dues: A Leaving Certificate will be issued only after all school dues are fully paid or settled.
  • Pre-Primary Students: After results, collect the Character Certificate and Transfer Certificate from the office within one month for admission to higher classes.
