How to LOG IN to the Parent Portal?

Launch Google Chrome or your preferred browser (Chrome is recommended for optimal performance).
Enter the school URL (https://www.sfskhamgaon.in) in the address bar to access the Login credential page.
Input your USER ID and PASSWORD (provided by St Francis de Sales, Khamgaon to each student) and complete the Captcha by entering the solution in the designated box. Click the LOG IN button.
Upon successful login, you will land on the Dashboard.
The Dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of your child’s progress, including attendance records, homework assignments, school announcements, and fee status—all designed to be user-friendly and informative.

From the Dashboard, select the ‘Online Fee Payment’ button or navigate to the ‘Parent-Fee Management-Online Fee Payment’ section.
Choose the installment you wish to pay and click ‘Proceed to Payment’.
You will be directed to a payment confirmation page—review and click ‘Confirm and Pay’.
Next, you’ll be routed to the Payment Gateway page.
Select your preferred payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI). Note that the payment interface may vary slightly.
After processing, you’ll receive a Success or Failure notification.
Upon successful payment, a receipt will be generated automatically (please allow a moment for this). Save or download the receipt for your records.
- Note: If payment details don’t appear post-transaction, check ‘Fee Management > Fee Paid Details’ under the Fee Management section. If funds are debited but no receipt is issued, kindly reach out to the school office.

How to Install and Operate the MOBILE APP?

Visit the Google Play Store and search for the school URL: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sfskhamgaon.app or simply search “sfs khamgaon”.
Download and launch the app.
Tap on ‘Parent Login’.
Enter your Login Credentials, which will be sent to your mobile via SMS. Once logged in, access a range of features including assignment updates, exam results, and fee information, all intuitively organized.

Tip: Regularly update the app to ensure a smooth experience and avoid technical issues.
